Some people are naturally bendy. Not me. I’ve always been in the stiff camp.
For over 30 years, I’ve practiced traditional yoga. I love it, and it’s been wonderful for keeping me from losing more range of motion. But when it came to gaining flexibility, I hit a plateau. No matter how many classes I took, I couldn’t get past my limits.
Then I discovered a science-based system that finally broke through. By focusing on time under tension, the right intensity, and relaxation through breath, I was able to make real progress.
Flexana is my way of sharing this method with others — especially those who feel stiff, frustrated, or left behind using other techniques.
